Frank Spano authors article in Expansion Solutions Magazine

Professional Economic Development Organizations (EDO’s) at the public and private level are constantly seeking ways to elevate their organizations, along with their available property inventory, to the attention of companies, site location consultants and the clients they represent. An important mission for EDO’s around the country is to differentiate their community and available properties for industrial development for new and expanded uses.

In this article, Austin Consulting’s Frank Spano discusses how site certification and shovel-readiness helps EDO’s in this differentiation process.

Read: “Shovel-Ready Sites as an Effective Tool to Promote Community Readiness” as seen in the July 2013 issue of Expansion Solutions Magazine.
