I started my career with Austin as an intern in the structural department and after graduation was offered a position as a structural engineer. Over the next several years, Austin encouraged me to pursue certifications, which helped me become a LEED® AP and Licensed Professional Civil Engineer. As I continued to grow, Austin supported my decision to transition to project management. Austin’s leadership has always been encouraging of my personal growth.

Everyone here has become like family which makes coming to work feel like getting together with friends to work on a group project.
