Dave Oshins is the Manager of Engineering and Design for The Austin Company’s Eastern Operations. In this role, he utilizes his extensive background and over 20 years’ experience in engineering and project management to manage, develop and allocate Austin’s architecture and engineering department. He is responsible for the overall quality and coordination of the design and construction documents and meeting critical engineering schedules.

Dave joined Austin in 2014 as a Senior Project Manager, where he managed client relationships and the full lifecycle of Austin’s design and construction projects. In addition, he coordinated all aspects of the project, including engineering, construction, purchasing, accounting and estimating.

Prior to Austin, Dave was director of regional design operations with an international design and construction firm. His background includes significant experience in HVAC, plumbing and fire protection design. He became Manager of Engineering and Design in 2016 and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in six states.
