AUSTIN SHOUT OUTS
Any employee can give a Shout Out to a colleague who goes above and beyond or shows a great demonstration of an Austin Core Value. When an employee receives a Shout Out, they are congratulated by email and a notification is sent to their supervisor and the Austin Leadership Team. Shout Outs are reviewed quarterly, and a few recipients will be selected by the GM to receive an Austin Value Coin. These are awarded as part of the quarterly State of the Company Address.
