As Vice President, Sean Barr works with clients to help them solve their facility and process integration challenges. With over 25 years’ experience in engineering, operations, construction and project management, Sean helps Austin’s clients plan facility projects and set project parameters, facilitating project success. His focus is on helping clients get the best return on their facility investment, while meeting food safety design requirements, reducing waste and keeping safety as the highest priority.
Sean joined The Austin Company in 2009. His background includes an established track record for completing projects on schedule, within budget and on quality target. He has managed operational growth for major food processing companies and has been recognized for broad food processing and facilities technical knowledge, exemplary problem-solving skills and business management acumen.
