Community College Athletics & Aquatics Complex

The Austin Company provided overall site and facility programming, architectural and interior design, engineering, and construction phase support services for this new 58,000 SF Athletics and Aquatics Complex at the Santiago Canyon College campus of the Rancho Santiago Community College District in Orange County, California.

The Athletics and Aquatics Complex includes a three-court, 2,200-seat gymnasium; fitness center; aerobics room; training and rehabilitation center; weight training and conditioning center; classroom, team, equipment and locker rooms; coaching staff offices; and a 14-lane, 25-yard by 35-meter swimming pool.
