About Mia Zicolello

As Senior Marketing Coordinator at The Austin Company, Mia assists with internal and external communications, including blogs, media releases, and other written content. She manages logistics for industry tradeshows, oversees social media, and supports various marketing initiatives. Mia is an active member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Northeast Ohio Chapter, where she co-chairs the communications committee. She graduated from the University of Findlay in Findlay, Ohio, earning a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
