Baking Plant Expansion

A confidential food manufacturer expanded its Pennsylvania cookie facility with a 242,700 SF addition to increase production capacity and support future growth. The expansion included a new cookie production line and infrastructure to accommodate two additional lines in the future, while providing interim warehouse space for finished products. Designed with food safety in mind, the facility incorporated sanitary finishes and embedded electrical conduits within precast wall panels to improve cleanability. Provisions for future ingredient handling, utilities, environmental controls, and production equipment created a flexible manufacturing environment capable of supporting the client’s long-term growth strategy.
