Baking Plant Expansion

This confidential client is expanding production at their Pennsylvania plant to enhance future market share. Austin’s integrated design-build team is providing planning, design, engineering, preconstruction, and construction services for this 228,000 SF expansion to their cookie plant. Initially, a new cookie line was installed, with flexibility for adding two more lines in the future. The building features load-bearing precast concrete walls, steel joists, and a metal deck roof system. Austin prioritized sanitation by embedding electric conduits into walls, ensuring ease of cleaning and maintaining high food safety standards.
