Food Distribution Facility Expansion

The SYSCO Expansion project in Jackson, WI, significantly upgraded an existing food distribution facility to meet growing regional demand. The 304,000 SF expansion included enhanced freezer and cooler spaces, increased dry storage, and 30 new dock spaces to improve logistics. A larger ammonia refrigeration system and a new emergency generator were added to support uninterrupted operations. A 20,000 SF vehicle maintenance facility was also incorporated to service the fleet. SYSCO chose Jackson for its strategic location and infrastructure, making this project a key investment in boosting distribution capacity and efficiency.
