The Austin Company is partnering with a GKN Aerospace on a major campus transformation to double production capacity across 304,250 SF, scheduled from October 2024 to February 2027. The effort centers on converting a 123,000 SF warehouse into a state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility, supported by 180,000 SF of additional campus improvements. Upgrades include ISO 5–7 clean rooms, high‑hazard chemical processing areas, new electrical services, bridge cranes, office spaces, and site connectivity enhancements. The project also introduces advanced mechanical, utility, and fire protection systems, all while maintaining full operational continuity under a compressed schedule. This modernization positions the client for future aerospace demand and reflects a strong commitment to innovation and operational excellence.
