SANS S Expansion

Simmons Foods Inc. expanded their subsidiary, Simmons Animal Nutrition, Inc., with the help of The Austin Company. The project included a cooler, freezer, truck awning, dock expansion, and new parking lots at 1113 East Ashley Street. Austin provided comprehensive architectural and engineering services, facilitating the bidding phase with general contractors. They developed preliminary construction documents that formed the basis for full construction documents suitable for permitting and construction. Austin’s collaboration with Simmons and their refrigeration contractor ensured seamless and successful project execution.
