About Dave Laszlo
Dave has over ten years of experience in corporate location consulting. Dave has advised clients across the industry spectrum, including manufacturing, fulfillment and distribution centers, corporate headquarters, call centers, and back-office operations. Dave has performed a wide array of location optimization studies leading to high-performing operating sites throughout North America.
Dave provides expertise in targeted workforce skills alignment, demographic profiling, location screening, qualitative scorecards, freight cost modeling, relocation feasibility/impact analysis, GIS mapping, site due diligence, and employer interviews.
Dave joined Austin Consulting in 2021. He launched his career working for an independent corporate location consulting firm and went on to work for the strategic consulting arm of a global real estate firm.
Dave has a Master of City and Regional Planning from Clemson University and a B.S. in Real Estate from Florida State University.
