About Melinda Veregge
Melinda Veregge holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and has over 35 years of experience in Commercial Architecture and Planning.
Melinda started with The Austin Company in 1997 as a Supervisory Facilities Designer. Now, as a Seller-Doer, she is responsible for developing client relationships and promoting Design-Build services, which she has performed over the years.
Melinda’s current focus is on MedTech (medical device) manufacturing. However, her portfolio is a testament to her versatility, spanning aerospace, industrial, office, R+D, and entertainment facility planning, design, and construction coordination.
Before the Austin years, Melinda worked on projects across the US. This included working as a Studio Manager in a leading design firm and living in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Melinda is a member of the Greater Irvine Chamber of Commerce, Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) of Orange County, and AIA of Orange County.
