About Tom Morehouse
Tom Morehouse is a licensed Professional Engineer with nine years of experience in structural engineering, including the past four years with The Austin Company. He specializes in the design of industrial, manufacturing, and process facilities, with a focus on gravity and lateral framing systems, as well as foundation design.
Tom brings a comprehensive design-build approach to every project, coordinating from the conceptual phase through final construction. He collaborates closely with multidisciplinary engineering and architectural teams, as well as on-site construction crews, to deliver efficient, constructible, and cost-effective structural solutions.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
