About Tracy Thomas
Tracy brings more than 30 years of financial leadership experience in construction, real estate development, and asset management. Most recently, she served as CFO/Vice President of Finance at TACK Builders, where she led financial operations, reporting, cash management, and strategic planning. Earlier in her career, Tracy held both CFO and COO roles at Chandler Partners (Chandler Multifamily) and National Community Renaissance (NCR), with responsibility spanning finance, asset and property management, information systems, risk, legal services, and human resources. She also founded and led a financial consulting firm advising organizations on finance, business processes, and system integrations. Tracy is a Certified Public Accountant. She began her career at Arthur Andersen and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
