Fabricio Salinas serves as General Manager for Austin’s Mexico Operations. In this role, he provides oversight of the successful completion of projects from inception, through construction. Fabricio has more than 18 years of experience successfully delivering construction projects in the field, in roles including project controls, superintendent and construction supervision, and field project engineering. His experience covers both large and small projects, expansions, renovations and modernizations, and greenfield plants, allowing him to bring a unique set of skills and experience to any industrial project’s delivery.
Fabricio’s project experience includes:
- Project Manager for a greenfield automotive production facility, including body, assembly, trim and final, and paint shops, as well as supporting offices and facilities.
- Construction Manager for multiple plant projects at an automotive production plant, including support and development of a new layout for plant process, plant expansion to support increased engine production, and a utilities modernization project.
- Area Construction Manager, overseeing estimating, planning and construction of a portfolio of projects for Farmacias Benavides and Kemet de México, SA de CV.
- Plant Project Engineer for Ceramic Capacitors Manufacture, management and coordination of operations and maintenance of building facilities equipment, such as cooling towers, boilers, air compressors, air dryers, water filtration, NO2 system, electrical substation and air conditioning systems.
